WAYS TO SERVE

Service – Christ’s love on display

  • Schneider Family Meal Train

Join us in celebrating Zach and Emma's beautiful new baby girl joining the Harvest family! Let's love on them not only with food, but with prayers, as they enter the exciting new world of parenting.

  • Pepperoni & Cheesus

Join us as we serve pizza to Palmer HS students every Wednesday. This is an amazing ministry and we can always use more volunteers! Contact Zach Schneider for more information at (559) 326-8935.

  • ServeColumbia

Forty students at Columbia Elementary School face homelessness this school year. You can feed a child during the weekends with your generous donations of single-serving meals that don't require cooking or refrigeration. Each Wednesday, HarvestDowntown helpers deliver your contributions to Columbia Elementary School, where the food is fairly disbursed to those in need. Help us fill HarvestDowntown's "Food for Kids" pantry with non-perishables, such as fruit and pudding cups or tuna and crackers in air-tight packaging. Click the button below for a detailed shopping list. Consider adding something to your regular shopping list during the school year. We focus on healthy snacks and protein foods. Place items on the shelves at the multi-generational entrance.

  • MomCo Looking for Childcare Backups

MomCo serves new moms through childcare during their regular meetings (every first and third Thursday, 9:00am-11:45am) but is looking for on-call backups in case a scheduled worker is unavailable. If you are interested in serving the young moms of our church, please text Grace Nemmer at 425-381-6118 or email at grace.varland@gmail.com. Thank you in advance for taking time to consider and evaluate your schedules!
